Interested in a technical position and cooperation on international projects?

Now we seek a new professional for our 9-member team, who will provide consultation and support for enterprise projects. The role of the Technical Specialist is to deliver exceptional support of MyQ software to our existing partners.

 

What will be your daily activities?

  • Daily communication with partners and customers (helpdesk system, email, phone)
  • Technical support for MyQ Partners
  • Incidents resolution and prevention of recurrence
  • Communication with the Development Team
  • Product implementation on the customer’s side in coordination with partner and Sales Team
  • Contribute to the documentation– knowledge base and other support documents.
  • MyQ X and Roger product demonstration

Skills we need from you:

  • Professional experience in IT administration and management from a similar position (IT support specialist...)
  • Advanced knowledge of IT and network infrastructure and security
  • Advanced administration of MS Windows servers
  • Advanced administration of workstation OS (both MS and Apple)
  • Knowledge of virtualization SW
  • Fluent communication in English, knowledge of another European language is a bonus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Basic PHP scripting
  • Technical education, university or high school degree
  • Previous experience with managed print solutions, print servers, and printers is a bonus.
