A Healthy Printing Environment
option added
Problem
Avadim Health, based in Asheville, North Carolina, is a rapidly growing life sciences company continuously innovating biocompatible skincare and muscle therapy. They made inquiries with Copiers Plus about printing needs that were currently not covered by their existing printer and copier fleet. They were primarily concerned with user accounting and security.
Solution
Copiers Plus and Kyocera implemented the MyQ Enterprise edition, which met all of Avadim Health’s requirements. MyQ Solution also unexpectedly helped clear up some additional questions regarding scan activity, i.e. setting up user privileges and transparent roles and policies. Furthermore, Avadim Health was equipped with scan-to-cloud options.
Benefits
MyQ Solution provided the required safeguard thanks to Pull Print features. Users appreciated the addition of a single-click scan-to-cloud option and admins welcomed automated reporting, which saves a lot of their time and effort. End-user adoption was quick, because the MyQ interface is intuitive and log-in is easy thanks to chip cards.
