We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. A new team player will ensure the daily functioning of our reception, offices and kitchen. You will be the first to welcome our employees when they come to work, and you will take care of our visitors – a smile and a super nice attitude are our number 1 priority!

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Answering/transferring phones and welcoming guests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keeping offices and kitchen area clean (including coffee makers, dishwashers and fridges)
  • Ordering taxis, restaurants and refreshment
  • Coordinating meeting room reservations and keeping them clean
  • Business trips expenses check, car logbook
  • Booking flight tickets and hotels
  • Manage language courses agenda
  • Ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Key, entry and parking card management
  • Visiting public administration offices – Česká pošta, Komerční Banka, VZP, OAMP
  • And other tasks depending on what the day brings to us

What should you be like?

  • A smiling, kind and energetic personality who enjoys working with people.
  • With excellent communication skills and focus on the customer, detail and clean office.
  • At least intermediate in English – our team is international.
  • Czech language is a must.
  • With basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience at similar position is a plus.

What you should know:

  • The sooner you can join us, the better. 
  • The job is full-time with a permanent contract.
  • You must enjoy a minimum of 20 days of vacation, there is no maximum limit with us, all depends on the agreement with your manager.
  • Of course, you will also get a meal allowance and a Multisport card, as well as the possibility of individual language lessons. 
  • We have offices just a short distance from the O2 Arena and this location should not be out of reach for you. 
  • You can also look forward to regularly organized team events (teambuildings, office parties, etc.)
