We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding technical support to our partners across Latin American market. If you have a strong background in B2B software/solutions support and expertise in IT infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to our partners in North America.
- Handle technical requests promptly, coordinating with relevant MyQ America team members.
- Offer remote assistance to partners and their customers.
- Manage installations of MyQ products in partner and customer environments.
- Participate in tender management and prepare related documentation.
- Verify and enhance the technical knowledge of MyQ products among our partners.
- Simulate customer environments to troubleshoot MyQ-related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, including manuals, product brochures, and knowledge base articles.
- Certify and train partners in the North American market.
- Support the continuous technical development of the MyQ America team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by top management.
