Your Role:

As a Technical Customer Support and Presales Specialist (m/f/d) with a mobile workplace, you will be the first point of contact for our partners and customers in the DACH region. You will assist them in implementing and utilizing our solutions, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will support our sales team and partners in presales activities and similar tasks. This position offers you the flexibility to work from home or directly on-site with our partners and customers. Due to the regional responsibilities, a home address in Southern Germany or Austria is advantageous.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the satisfaction of our partners and their customers.
  • Proactive communication and building long-term relationships with partners and customers, including documentation in the ticketing system.
  • Conducting product presentations, training sessions, and providing support during the installation and presentation of MyQ solutions.
  • Supporting the MyQ sales team and our partners in presales activities, including market analysis.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new partners.
  • Recommending improvements to products and services based on feedback from partners and customers.
  • Willingness to travel for training and customer appointments within the DACH region.

What We Expect from You:

  • Experience with Managed Print Solutions (MPS), print servers, and printers is an advantage.
  • Presentation skills and the patience to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
  • Excellent German language skills, basic knowledge of English (due to the international orientation of MyQ, we communicate with our colleagues in Prague in English). Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
  • Class B driver's license.
  • Flexibility, self-responsibility, respect, and commitment.
