What would your job be like:

As a Business Development Manager at a software firm, your primary objective is to boost revenue by effectively promoting our software solutions in B2B segment. Your responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential clients, grasping their requirements, and offering customized software solutions to tackle their unique challenges. It's crucial to establish and nurture client relationships, managing existing accounts while fostering new business opportunities. Your success in this role hinges on blending technical expertise with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive sales and contribute to the company's overall growth.

 

What we expect from you: 

  • You have at least 3+ year of proven experience in SW solution sales.
  • You like to communicate, make client presentations and demos.
  • You are open to travel and meet clients f2f (at least 2 times a month).
  • You learn quickly and software is your hobby.
  • You have strong negotiation skills to close deals, resolve conflicts, and maintain beneficial partnerships.
  • You must have the ability to think strategically, you should be able to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • You are a result-oriented person.
  • You are fluent in English and proficiency in another European language.

 

Your main goal will be:

  • Design and execute local market business strategy.
  • Maintain, support, and grow assigned partners.
  • Travel in the designated geographical area, prospect visits, attend local and international conferences, organize partner events etc.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with team members in presales and business development to learn and discover specific customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, business trips, call logs) within CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Actively expand partner network by certifying new partners on predefined criteria with the help and continuous backup of the presales department.
  • Present and demonstrate MyQ solution strengths to clients.
  • Acquire deep product and market knowledge, monitor competition, be a MyQ evangelist.
