Rami has already introduced you to seamlessness of printing and scanning with MyQ X, now’s the time to pass the mic to the last member of the document processing trinity: copying. Transferring your project from the scanning glass to the paper tray is rad, no doubt. But when done repeatedly, a robotic feeling might start to sneak in. Don’t worry, MyQ X lets you hang on to your humanity by providing you with its automation capabilities and one-click workflows. Our X MyQ Expert will show you how to turn mundane copying into a work of technological art. And as dessert, you’ll be served a fancy and efficient way to copy ID cards; the feature every back-office department will relish.
Hello there I'm Rami your MyQ expert.
Now how many times do you copy papers or ID cards per day?
Once?
Twice?
20 times?!
And you always have to set up the options again and again to the point that you even memorize what part of the screen to press like a robot.
You know what?
Why not leave the automatic process to a machine?
Makes sense right!
Now with "Easy Copy" it's all done with one click of a button. You first put the document on the scanning dock. You can preset the button to make one, or maybe five copies immediately. You can have them in color or switch the density or the dimensions. With certain models an ID card copy template exists, where you can place your card twice once on each side and MyQ will automatically have it presented on the same page.
