The role of the Pre-Sales Consultant is to provide exceptional support of MyQ software to the MyQ partners.
The ideal candidate for this position has experience with printing solution software installation/support and a mix of excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Technical support for MyQ Partners
What do we need from you?
- C1 or advanced English as well as fluency in a local Asian language
- Good presentation skills, patience and ability to explain things
- A self-driven and independent professional with a desire for continuous self-improvement
- Motivation to actively contribute to the growth of our business and strengthen our presence in the APAC region
- Experience with MPS (Managed Print Services) and DMS (Document Management Systems) is highly valued
- Previous collaboration with major technology vendors is considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of IT and network infrastructure
- Administration of MS Windows servers
- Knowledge of virtualization SW is an advantage, not must have
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the APAC region
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
