We are seeking a Partner Success Manager who will primarily focus on driving sales growth by managing and developing relationships with MyQ Partners in the US market. This role also requires technical expertise to deliver effective training sessions when needed, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to successfully market, sell, and implement MyQ products. Key responsibilities include:
- Build and manage a portfolio of MyQ Partners, driving long-term success and fostering collaboration.
- Provide sales and technical training (online, on-site, or hybrid) to partners’ sales and technical teams, covering product installation, configuration, deployment, and value propositions.
- Conduct partner and end-customer meetings, demonstrations, and presentations, actively supporting business opportunities and partner growth.
- Collaborate with partners’ account managers to position MyQ products effectively and meet revenue goals.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Prepare training materials, webinars, and presentations to support partner success.
- Identify new business opportunities, especially in professional services and software assurance, to help achieve company sales targets.
- Occasionally provide post-sales technical support to partners and end customers in the North American market.
