MyQ suports credit systems where users pay for individual tasks. The IT admin can set different prices for various printing or scanning tasks, such as black-and-white (B&W, monochrome) or color printing.
Users can top up their credit balance using the MyQ Mobile Client (app) by entering voucher numbers they have received from their IT department.
